Elder abuse comes in many forms, including financial exploitation. The National Center on Elder Abuse (NCEA) studies show financial abuse to be one of the more prevalent types of elder abuse.

In his position, Jeb works to assist senior citizens who have been victimized by fraud and he does outreach to financial institutions and other groups and agencies involved in combatting elder fraud. He also serves as an enforcement attorney, bringing civil actions against businesses and individuals engaged in unfair and deceptive trade practices.
